Finally, the agent got back to us with their rates. The pay per head fee is $5 per head. If you use crypto payments, that fee goes down to $4 per head. The $3 per head advertised on the site only applies if you have 100 players and above. You also need to place a deposit to use the site. Other pay per head providers offer free access to the software as soon as you open a sportsbook with their software. Again, this is a point against Ace Per Head regarding their ability to compete with other providers.

Skipping over this, we now take a look at their bookie software. The layout is pretty straightforward, if not a bit outdated. They could have done better with a more modern font and design. But the functions are there, from player management, to line management, and more. You can edit player profiles to add or remove services, like casino gaming, or horse betting. You can set minimum and maximum limits for each player as well.

You also have a lot of line management features and reporting features, so you can collate the data and analyze it to improve your sportsbook’s operations. What was glaringly missing were other features that newer pay per head providers offer. For instance, we did not see risk management tools. You have a section where you can see each player’s hold, their IP address, and such, but no player profiling like other providers. The features seem basic enough to help you manage your sportsbook, but its missing more modern features that can help you secure your sportsbook even more.

As to the player website, we enjoyed it a bit better. Again, the design is quite outdated, and they can really do with overhauling the design to make it easier to find things. What we liked about the player website is that the sports and teams displayed the logos, so it was easy for us to identify the sport, the league, and the games. Otherwise it would have been hard to see with the small font and clunky interface.

You also have a small basic dashboard where you can see your win/loss data, balance, bet slips, betting history, and more. The dashboard does not really stand out much because it does not have any design element separating it from other columns. Visually, it needs more work so that the sportsbook can be more easily usable. But feature-wise, they have good offerings in terms of sports events and wager types. The additional features like the online casino and horse racing is also nice.
